Supply of Mattresses, and Bedding for Te Maeva Nui Celebrations 2025

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) NOTICE Supply of Mattresses, and Bedding for Te Maeva Nui Celebrations 2025 The Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) on behalf of Ministry of Cultural Development – Tauranga Vānanga, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the supply of mattresses, and Bedding for the upcoming Te Maeva Nui 2025 Celebrations. Interested parties may include local businesses, importers or community groups with available stock for sale or hire.  Both new and good quality used items will be considered. This EOI aims to identify local and international suppliers who are able to provide all or part of the required items. Components for this EOI include:

1. Single Size Mattress
2. Single Size Sheet set
3. Standard Size Pillow
4. Pillow case

We are looking at an indicative total quantity of 500 - 800. Final quantities, and specifications will be confirmed following the outcome of this EOI. All items must be available on Rarotonga by 1^st July 2025. Lodgment Details Interested parties are requested to complete the EOI form and submit their interest to the MFEM Procurement team via email to:  mfem.procurement@cookislands.gov.ck Deadline for EOI submissions: Friday 23^rd May 2025, 4pm (Cook Islands Time) Late submissions may not be considered.
