Cook Islands Government Vehicle Sale by Tender The Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) is disposing of 18 used Government vehicles on behalf of 12 different agencies that are excess to Government needs. These include motorcycles, sedans, SUVs, Vans, and Pickup Trucks. Vehicles are provided in ‘as is, where is’ condition. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
