Expressions of Interest (EOI) – Service Providers Required BANK OF THE COOK ISLANDS Bank of the Cook Islands is a licensed SWIFT user and obligated to ensure ongoing compliance with SWIFT security requirements. BCI is seeking interested service providers to undertake an assessment (not audit) of BCI’s compliance with the SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) The CSCF was created by SWIFT to promote cyber security within the SWIFT user community and to drive industry-wide collaboration in that battle against the cyber threat.
