REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT) CK252604 NGATOE AND TUROA STREAM BRIDGES REPLACEMENT – DESIGN SERVICES Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) seeks a suitable designer to provide design services to enable the replacement of the Ngatoe and Turoa Stream Bridges on Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
