REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ)

Q2627-02 SUPPLY OF EMERGENCY DESALINATION UNITS 

Infrastructure Cook Islands (ICI) seeks to procure emergency desalination units from an experienced supplier. ICI is preparing for the possibility of a severe drought that will likely impact all the southern group islands of the Cook Islands as a result of the 2026/2027 El Niño. ICI requests submissions for small desalination units that can be quickly supplied and mobilised to the Pa Enua as required.

Interested suppliers are requested to submit a quote to supply the products outlined within the RFQ. Files can be obtained by emailing the Contact Officer below.

Submissions close at 4:00pm, Thursday 12th November 2026 CI Time, and must be submitted as per the requirements of the RFQ, via email submission to the below Contact Officer or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to reception at Infrastructure Cook Islands office in Arorangi, Rarotonga before the deadline.
