Contractor to conduct a Capacity Assessment

The Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) is looking for a short-term consultant or contractor to assist in conducting a Capacity Assessment for a Government Ministry.   Persons with experience in carrying out capacity assessments are encouraged to apply.  Technical expertise in agriculture is highly desirable.
